2nd, 7:00pm at Roadhouse 51, south of Portage
on Hwy 51. . Future meeting locations will be at other sponsor bar location. Schedule will be posted here.
Our Meetings are held THE FIRST WEDNESDAY OF EVERY MONTH AT 7:00 PM.
The more members present and active the better! Becoming a member is easy and helps Wisconsin preserve trails for you
to ride on.

Tony has new sponsor forms for Portage Super-x. Brook will post on site.

Need new sponsors. Check Bars in Lodi, Okee.

Should we put on another Challenge in Madison area; better draw; already paid insurance.

Summer ride- Check for Trenary, MI (UP) on July 10-13. This is Hare Scrambles weekend.
Need some people for CMJ vintage race and Hill climb. Brook to check open weekends.

Approved Offroad challenge classifications (10 classes). Still not sure about having
a pit bike class; check insurance.

Bob and Dwane are going to post signs on trail in Black River Falls on
Thurs, May 15. Tony will hit the area dealers to post signs and request sponsorship.

Track Work weekend will be May 17th. Set up track, fence, obsticles.

Discussed some topics from WATVA convention in Stevens Point.

Don is picking up wood stakes. Tony-tape and tags. Bob will get orange fencing
and posts.

Tony will have sponsorship forms, Brook to post. $50/sponsor.

CMJ raceway May31: We are having an OFF ROAD CHALLENGE obstacle coarse race. Timed race with
trophies.

WATVA will provide insurance for both races.

Make large signs to post on trail in Black River Falls.

Advertise at convention. Call local clubs. Check papers for cost.

Set up track 2 weekends before (May 17th).

Timed race with trophies.

Portage Supercross race may move to Friday night (from Wednesday). Now changed to Thursday.
To sponsor a race $150 and $250. More info to follow in brochure.

CMJ raceway May31: Do we want to have a mud bog race Saturday? Would insurance
cover a side by side race if there was a partition. Need to discuss further.

NOHVIS workshop (Saturday, March 29)
and the WATVA annual meeting on Sunday the 30th.

CMJ raceway schedule is out. Do we want to have a mud bog race Saturday? Biggest
glitch would be insurance costs. Need to discuss further.

Private trail expansion: Need to find out if neighbors in the area would allow trail on
land. Need to run present trail this winter to beat down weeds.

Possible trail from Portage north on old rail bed.

Safety class: Dec. 14th Judy Auten sent out memo and it is on the DNR website.

Future meetings will be structured with Motions and Votes. Agenda will help meetings go faster
so we can have chat session afterwards.

Dues: Everyone in club must pay dues. Participation in run in February. Would
like to check out area for one Saturday in Feb or March. club activities will make up for dues.

Club buys one drink at meetings.

January 18th ride in Clark County. All who want to go must let Randy know by December 15th.
He will check on reservations.

Next Summer's Portage Supercross: Will be Wednesday night again. AMA sponsored
this year means you must be an AMA member to race. Will be similar to last year.

Dells Motor Speedway will have a Dells Fall Supercross Series - last 2 Saturdays in
September and October. Trophies each night with Series championship. AMA membership required.

Corporate Sponsorship - Get home page advertisment and link. Get seen by members and riders.
Word of mouth is a powerful tool.

Put ad on WAVTA site and add link to theirs.

Set up upcoming Safety course.
